Essential Fuel Tank Vent – RV-10
P/N ACE70

The Ace Aviation Supply Essential Fuel Tank Vent guards against insect activity like mud daubers and ice buildup that can lead to a blocked primary fuel vent. It also includes a secondary vent located in the wing root with a one-way valve to allow air into the tank but no fuel into the wing root in the event that the primary vent incurs ice during flight.

It also increases the diameter of the standard vent line from 1/4" to a larger 3/8" without any modification to the standard fuel tank, incorporating a screen on the exterior of the vent line to deter insect activity.
